All crew, all crew — *Below Deck Med* is pulling up to port for another summer cruising the crystalline waters of the Mediterranean coast.

Season 10 finds the venerable Captain Sandy Yawn navigating the shores of Spain with a handful of familiar faces by her side. Per the season's sneak peek, this year's voyage pairs steamy trysts among the crew with some grimace-worthy incidents, from jellyfish sightings and jet ski accidents (and what looks to be a lone charter guest floating out to sea on a raft).

But that's not all. Recent news reports — and the teaser itself — have revealed that returning yachtie Nathan Gallagher had a baby with Gael Cameron, the deckhand he romanced in season 9. That may come as a surprise, as the couple split before season 10. How did they reunite? You'll have to tune in to find out.

**What to know:** Captain Sandy, who joined *Below Deck Med* in its second season, returns to steer a new vessel, *Bravado, *along the coastline of Barcelona. She comes into season 10 having recently married her longtime girlfriend, Leah Shaffer.

Sandy is among the more amiable of the franchise's captains, but she can flex an iron fist when necessary. This season's teaser ends with her admonishing Nathan: "Get your f---ing s--- together on this deck. Do you understand?"

Speaking with TV Insider ahead of the premiere, she discussed the pros and cons of the Spanish coastline. "I love that it's Barcelona. The America's Cup was happening at the same time, which was epic to witness," she said. "That city is so vibrant. Lots of artists come from Barcelona. The coastline is very challenging. So, you get a little of that. There is a little bit of rockiness, culture, and love. It's awesome."**

**What to know:** Aesha Scott previously served as 2nd Stew in *Below Deck Med*'s fourth and fifth seasons, during which the daffy Kiwi fell for shaggy Liverpoolian Jack Stirrup. Since then, she's split from Jack, got engaged to Scott Dobson, competed on *The Amazing Race*, and reemerged for the franchise's ninth season as Chief Stew.

She returns as Chief Stew for season 10, which she told TV Insider was her "favorite season" so far.

"In past seasons, if there is drama, it tends to be toxic drama. Like b----ing and fighting and all that," she said. "This season is probably my favorite season we've ever done because so much happened, but it wasn't toxic stuff. There were so many layers of people dealing with things in their real life and real relationship struggles and real personal struggles. I love that it was dramatic, but it wasn't in a gross kind of way."**

**What to know: **Nathan returns to *Below Deck Med* after serving as a deckhand in season 9. This season, he'll serve as bosun, and he'll have a lot to prove to Captain Sandy.

"I think Nathan's journey is learning to be a bosun and not a bro-sun because it's not about a bromance with his buddies," she told TV Insider. "It's him learning to step into a leadership role and not just one of the crew. It's very different."

Different, yes, but also difficult. "This past charter season has been one of the toughest times of my entire life," he says in the teaser, which also sees Nathan lamenting "empty hookups" and reconnecting with Gael, his paramour from season 9. And while we may know how that reunion ends, it's about the journey, not the destination.**

**What to know:** Josh Bingham is clearly a talented cook — as he notes on his website, he's worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants — but the Bath-born Brit is bringing a lot more to *Med* than his recipes.

Bingham's Instagram bio describes him as a chef, musician, yogi, and "vintage lover," and the season's teaser also finds him in full clown makeup and stripping nude in the hot tub. Chefs rarely get swept up in the debauchery of *Below Deck*, but Bingham may be an exception.

Max Salvador

**What to know:** Max was anything but a star employee during his stint as a season 8 deckhand, but the goofy Frenchman has improved both his English and work ethic ahead of his season 10 return.

"Max, I think people will be surprised about," Sandy told TV Insider. "For me, Max was the most improved crew member. That's Max. Wait until you see Max. I think you'll be impressed with Max."

"Mad season in sight!" Max wrote in a chaotic Instagram post promoting season 10. "Big storm, fire onboard, ufc between deckis, hypnosis, sexy stew."
