Amid his ongoing legal battle with *It Ends With Us* star Blake Lively, Baldoni, 41, and his Wayfarer Studios company were named in a declaration filed Monday by an unidentified person.

The declaration goes on to allege "verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni," which they claimed resulted in him not being "permitted on set during the majority of the production" as a result of the alleged behavior.
Further, the person says that "I requested that he not be involved in [redacted] marketing or public relations efforts," with another sentence after that being redacted as well.
Near the end of the declaration, the person also names Steve Sarowitz, Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios co-founder, in relation to an alleged meeting, though they don't elaborate further on Sarowitz's involvement.

Baldoni, who also acted on The CW dramedy *Jane the Virgin*, filed a $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, though a judge threw it out in June.

At the time, Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, pointed out that his team had the opportunity to "amend four out of the seven claims against Ms. Lively, which will showcase additional evidence and refined allegations," and further claimed that her allegations are "false accusations of sexual harassment and retaliation and a nonexistent smear campaign."
The statement alleged that Lively's "claims are no truer today than they were yesterday."
