Rosie O'Donnell recently revealed that she had to miss her middle daughter's college graduation due to her ongoing feud with President Donald Trump.
O'Donnell sat down for a candid conversation with Australian presenter Kate Langbroek on the *No Filter *podcast. The former talk show host, who moved to Ireland earlier this year, shared how her longstanding conflict with the president has impacted her life.
"My daughter graduated college and I didn't go back because the security people said to me they didn't think it was wise," the former *Rosie O'Donnell Show* host said. "Because I think Trump will use me to rile his base."

The comedian's fears aren't unfounded. O'Donnell has previously discussed how she believes Trump often "uses me as a punchline whenever he feels the need." In July, the commander in chief threatened to revoke her citizenship, although he does not have the authority to do so.
"Because of the fact that Rosie O'Donnell is not in the best interests of our Great Country, I am giving serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship," Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform. "She is a Threat to Humanity, and should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland, if they want her."
Speaking on the *No Filter* podcast, O'Donnell shared that the first Trump administration "created a lot of problems" for her. Because of their public back-and-forth, O'Donnell said people would confront her on the street and curse at her in front of her youngest child Clay, who was five years old at the time.
"[Trump's] ability to denigrate people and dismiss them and humiliate them encouraged other people to do the same," she said.

The *And Just Like That *actress' daughter Vivenne, 22, graduated from college earlier this year. O'Donnell posted on Instagram to commemorate the achievement.
"My smart beautiful loving daughter vivi is graduating from college- im so proud of her!!!!" she wrote in the caption of her post.
Speaking about her move to Ireland earlier this year, O'Donnell said she'd consider returning when "all citizens have equal rights."
