Seth Meyers is mourning the loss of his beloved dog Frisbee.
The 51-year-old* Late Night *host paid tribute to his family's late Italian Greyhound in a poignant Instagram post on Tuesday, sharing snapshots of her as a puppy and dressed as a pilgrim.
"RIP to Frisbee, our OG IG who I was happy to go grey with," Meyers wrote. "She was at her best curled in your lap and patient when we dressed her up like a pilgrim. Thanks for 14 amazing years, girl."

The comedian's former *Saturday Night Live* costars quickly took to the comments section to send their love to Meyers' family and pay their respects to the little dog. "Noooo! Frisbeeee!" Rachel Dratch wrote. "Sorry for your loss."
Amy Poehler, who cohosted "Weekend Update" with Meyers, added, "Frisbee forever." Aidy Bryant also commented three pink heart emojis.
Meyers gave an update on Frisbee's declining health during an episode of *The Lonely Island and Seth Meyers *podcast released earlier this month. "She's just really old," he said at the time. "She's not actively dying, but I would say that even a 7-year-old who's not a vet is like, 'Last days?'"
Many of Meyers' fans also pointed out in the comments that the announcement of Frisbee's death comes just one day after Andy Samberg's 47th birthday. The comedian and *Hot Rod* star has publicly dunked on Frisbee for years, to the point where there are multiple YouTube compilations dedicated to his intense hatred for the pup. **

"Very sorry for your loss, I hope she haunts Andy samberg for years to come 🖤," one user wrote. Another added, "I'm sorry, Meyers fam. ❤️ The collective love for her from the masses built a barrier Samberg's vitriol could never pierce."

Meyers previously detailed just how much Samberg hates Frisbee during a Q&A session with his *Late Night* audience in April.
"He's hated my dog since she was little and now she's 14 years old," the host said. "Here's a true thing he did: I sent our Christmas card — Frisbee's in it every year — he scratched out her face like a serial killer and mailed it back."
Just last month, Meyers asked Poehler to pretend that Frisbee had died in order to get Samberg's real-time reaction on her *Good Hang* podcast.
When Poehler notified of Samberg of the news, he replied, "Don't even play, 'cause I'll be so happy."
Through his laughter, the comedian continued, "I will never back off that. That dog *sucks*, dude. And I know this is a good vibes 'cast, so I don't even want to bring that energy, but that dog is like a rat carcass."
