"We thought about what is true amongst every single human being on earth. What is the most relatable thing when it comes to relationships? That everybody wants to be loved for who they are on the inside," said series creator Chris Coelen in a 2020 interview with **. That's pretty impressive for a show that's only just celebrated its fifth anniversary, and it's still got plenty of room to grow. One international edition is even taking a page from *The Bachelor* with a season dedicated to singles over the age of 50, a first for the franchise.
