A judge has issued a new protective order against *Real World* alum and life coach Kelley Wolf after she violated a temporary agreement made with her estranged husband, Scott Wolf. **
The order, which was issued on Aug. 28 and reviewed by PEOPLE, states that Kelley is not allowed to have any direct or indirect contact with Scott or their three children, aged 16, 12, and 11. It also notes that she can't "commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence" against Scott or their kids, including "stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury."
The document adds that the only time Kelley is allowed to contact Scott moving forward is during their scheduled mediation sessions surrounding their ongoing divorce and child custody with a "Court Qualified Mediator" present, per the outlet. Outside of that, Kelley must stay at least 300 feet away from the *Party of Five* star at all times.

The 48-year-old is also banned from the family home and only allowed to visit to pick up her belongings with a police officer present, PEOPLE reports. Scott, meanwhile, has temporary sole custody of their children. **
The protective order comes after Kelley was arrested on Aug. 26 on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information after she publicly posted Scott's phone number on her Instagram account amid their increasingly contentious divorce proceedings.

Kelley was subsequently charged with two class B misdemeanors for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment and released from jail two days later, per PEOPLE.
As a condition of her release, the outlet noted that Kelley, whose next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 10, must not "consume any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner" and also "participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment."

Scott Wolf breaks silence on 'difficult' divorce saga, says Kelley Wolf made 'baseless' false allegations about him
Prior to the protective order, Scott and Kelley originally had a temporary agreement in place that dictated how they communicated with one another and handled child custody and financial matters amid their ongoing separation. **
The agreement, which was filed on July 15 and viewed by PEOPLE, stated that Kelley was allowed counsel-coordinated supervised time with their children as well as three phone or video calls with them three times a week, with the overall hope that it would eventually lead to her gaining back unsupervised time with them. As part of the agreement, Kelley was allowed to visit the family's Park City, Utah home to spend time with their children as long as it was approved by a supervisor. **
However, she allegedly broke the agreement when she posted a since-deleted video of herself online trying to enter the family residence on July 29, per PEOPLE. Authorities confirmed to the outlet that they were present during the incident.

Scott and Kelley first announced their divorce in June. Just days later, Kelley posted a video of herself being detained by law enforcement on Instagram. After being released, she claimed on social media that she'd been subsequently placed under an "involuntary 5150" hold.
Scott spoke out about the pair's "incredibly difficult" divorce earlier this month, telling PEOPLE that he felt it necessary to do so because Kelley had allegedly planned to make "deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations" against him.**
"There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved," he said in a statement. "I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to 'make claims' about me, although she also admitted, 'I do not believe they're true,' in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a 'battle' in court, and in the court of public opinion."
He proceeded to provide text messages from Kelley, which were reviewed by PEOPLE, in which she allegedly outlined her supposed plans to make claims of "psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, [and] stealing with passports" against her estranged husband. Scott reiterated that the allegations were "completely baseless and incredibly dangerous" and noted that they were also "traumatic for our children."**
In her own statement to PEOPLE, Kelley said, "I will be very clear when I say this: I don't believe that Scott would [abuse our children]. I've lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life. I've done everything strategic, and I'm hopeful for my children."**
