Nicholas Braun was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without lights in New Hampshire over Labor Day weekend, ** has confirmed.
The actor, 37, was pulled over by Moultonborough police on Friday at around 11:15pm and detained in Carroll County jail for about an hour before walking free on his own recognizance, meaning he did not need to post bail and pledged to appear at a future court date.
TMZ was the first to report on the arrest, also reporting that a mugshot was not taken since the police camera was not working that day.
A representative for Braun didn't immediately respond to EW's request for comment on Tuesday.**

"I thought the episode was amazing," Braun said of the series finale during an appearance on Jimmy Fallon's late-night show in 2024. "Fans are a little bit upset at how it ended with Greg. He did great, but some people are like, you know, 'He should've gotten it all. I thought he was going to get everything.' And I'm like, 'He kind of did.'"
The series ended with Tom Wambsgans (Matthew Macfadyen) crowned as the new CEO of Waystar Royco, bringing Greg along with him.
Following the end of the series, Braun has appeared in movies *Dream Scenario, Saturday Night*, and *Splitsville*. His upcoming credits included Ruben Östlund's satirical black comedy *The Entertainment System is Down,* also set to star Keanu Reeves, Kirsten Dunst, and Woody Harrelson.**
