*Loki* actor Tom Hiddleston reacted to a reference to his ex, pop icon Taylor Swift, during a Thursday interview alongside his *Life of Chuck* costar Karen Gillan.

On the U.K.-based *Heart* radio show, the host inquired about how the stars spend their evenings winding down.**

"I find myself on the sports highlights. It's football, or if there's been a tennis championship that I've missed. I'll go on a read all these sports journalists who write really beautiful about sport. I love reading what they've written. It's kind of nerdy."

The host then cut in to observe, "We did just find out Taylor Swift is a big fan of a sourdough recipe blog. Very, very specific, but I could see how you could get into that."

Hiddleston blankly stared at the host for a few moments, before cocking his head to the side and muttering, "Hmm."

Gillan jumped in to say that the note that the comment felt like one of the singer-songwriter's iconic Easter eggs teasing an upcoming project.

"That feels like an Easter egg for something, no? No, I think it might be something to do with the Super Bowl. Where is the Super Bowl? Which city?" Gillan went on. "Isn't the sourdough the mascot for that city? I feel like that's a little breadcrumb."

Swift wasn't mentioned for the remainder of the interview, which shifted to topics related to the pair's film — including Hiddleston's dance scene in *The Life of Chuck*.**

Swift and Hiddleston were reportedly briefly together around a decade ago, before the superstar began a relationship with another actor, Joe Alwyn.

In case you haven't heard, the "Fortnight" performer is currently in a relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce — with whom she recently worked to reveal the album title and cover art for her upcoming release *The Life of a Showgirl*.

In a recent interview with *GQ*, Kelce spoke about his courtship with Swift, calling the pair's attraction natural and easy.
